I've been working with computers since 1987, when I purchased my first computer - an IBM PS/2 Model 25, which was created under the leadership of William Lowe.

Since then, I've owned Windows desktop, notebook, netbook, and hybrid (tablet/notebook) PCs from a number of manufacturers; Mac desktop and notebook computers; various mobile and handheld devices, and other assorted electronic gadgets.

In Business Since 1999

For the past 19 years, I have been helping people use technology products to connect with friends and family, become more productive in their work, and develop new interests and skills. Through instruction and support services, people gain confidence in themselves, and in turn are more willing to take on new challenges and explore new possibilities with their technology products.

Today, I work with individuals, groups, nonprofits, and small businesses, providing the best quality support and instruction services to help people better understand their technology products and use those products more effectively and efficiently in their daily lives.

But enough about me. What can I do for you?
